We received a pretty special request this week, the design management team specifically reached out to let us know that they are hiring and are interested in us sharing this announcement and other future announcements directly with AFOLs! While there have been quite a few AFOLs who have made the transition from fan to employee, I don't remember receiving a specific call out such as this from the design management team in the past and the new Design Team Portal even calls out AFOLs as a group of persons they are looking for!
Potential applicants can also learn more about what it is like to be a designer through different resources including designer conferences that take place around the world!
